King-Chi is an AI-powered quote app designed to personalize and uplift users through quote notifications. The App provides intelligent client analysis: AI analyzes client data to understand preferences and needs. Dynamic quote generation: AI creates personalized quotes and messaging.
You agree to use the App in a responsible and lawful manner. You must not:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our express written permission.
If you submit any content to the App (e.g., quotes, messages, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content. You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall King-Chi.org/Ms Tammy Ajadi be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold King-Chi.org/Ms Tammy Ajadi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases. Details of available plans, features, and current pricing are presented within the App at the point of purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their respective terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and King-Chi.org/Ms Tammy Ajadi with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
